- Am I getting the best rate of interest on my deposit
- Am I getting the best rate of interest on my overdraft, loan or mortgage
- Does my provider offer an offset arrangement ie deposits against loans
- Have I checked the correct rate of interest is being charged or applied to my account
- Were those charges levied on my account when I sliipped into overdraft fair?
